We’re small enough not to have a formalized HR policy, but smart enough to know what we’re looking for in consultants, designers and account directors (generally our three main categories of employment).
If you work here it is likely that:
1—You are clever, self-possessed and worldly.
2—You take a view on things.
3—You are articulate, even if your vocation is primarily visual.
4—You are visual, even if your vocation is primarily verbal.
5—You are at least semi-organized, even if you don’t manage projects.
6—You’ve got up to some pretty interesting stuff in your day.
Think you might want to work for or with Saffron? It seems like we rarely have jobs today, but often have them tomorrow. So get in touch. If your profile intrigues us, we’ll have you round for tea and a talk and then keep in touch if you like us and we like you.
Also, if you have some particular talent, skill or profession—like design, copywriting, research or Infallible Brand Evaluation Through Tea Leaf Reading—where we might want you as a freelancer or outside consultant on a project, by all means write in. Kismet’s always in the air, and even when it’s not, either we know people or our Rolodexes are never too fat.
