VK is one of the largest digital ecosystems both in Russia and worldwide. Made up of over 100 diverse and well-established brands, their portfolio covers both consumer and B2B sectors. Currently 9 out of every 10 Russian internet users are using the company’s services and yet their ecosystem continues to actively grow. 

They approached Saffron with a clear challenge: to help them become a unified and singular ecosystem that is built around their parent brand, VK. Over the past year, Saffron has been working closely with the VK team to help them transform the organisation. We have developed a portfolio strategy (supported by a large scale primary research), we have repositioned the brand and created verbal and visual identities that are both flexible, digital first and can accommodate the growing needs of the VK ecosystem.
