Our Executive Creative Director Gabor Schreier was a keynote speaker at the Real Estate Brand Awards ceremony held in Berlin last week. The event took place at the amazing AXICA building designed by Frank Ghery, just a few steps away from the Brandenburg Gate.
Saffron’s presence at this important event proves our leadership in brand creation and brand management in industries like Real Estate. It also supports our expansion process in the German-speaking countries, which we recently reinforced through the strategic partnership with Berlin based company ‘Kleiner und Bold’.
26 categories were presented with the sole objective of rewarding brands for their excellent performance in the Real Estate business. At this ceremony, the organization also presented The Real Estate Brand Book where they publish the outcome of the EUREB Real Estate Brand Value Study – an assessment of approximately 1,200 European Real Estate brands based on a survey of over 30,000 professionals in 47 European markets.
Gabor talked about “Disruption in the Real Estate Industry” to an audience of leading companies of Real Estate management, development, investment, architecture, etc. The likes of CBRE, JLL Siemens Financial, Goodman were there together with one of our former clients, Raiffeisen International who, incidentally, happened to receive one of the awards.
According to Gabor, “this is a very interesting initiative, because it aims to bring the concept of branding to a traditionally conservative market”.
