Last night we launched Saffron's new book in Madrid with an evening panel discussion on the themes of the book.
We welcomed clients and friends to IE School of Architecture & Design to talk about making brand work for businesses in these times of change.
We were delighted to welcome Cristina Gonzalez, Head of UX and Digital Design at Repsol and Pedro Martínez Vega, CMO at Pacha Group. They joined Saffron CEO Jacob Benbunan and CCO Gabor Schreier for a conversation about how disruption is an important idea for brands today.
In a conversation chaired by IE professor Carmen van Brueggen, the panel shared their experiences of the new, changed landscape that brands operate in, and some of the challenges and opportunities it presents.
We discussed brand experiences in the age of the 'prosumer' and heard fascinating insights from our guests in the ways that they work to create consistent and powerful touchpoints with customers. Fantastic to be joined by two brand leaders who demonstrate how brand can drive change and success within organisations.
Many thanks to everyone who came, and to our friends at IE for hosting us.
