With global clients that include Meta, YouTube and the Valuable 500, we’re looking for a Junior Copywriter for a growing team in Madrid:

The Role

You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining tone of voice and messaging across our projects. As a part of the strategy team, you’ll work alongside strategists and collaborate closely with the design team, to ensure consistency and effectiveness across our clients. It requires a creative mindset, strong writing skills, and a deep interest in brand identity.


Copywriting: Develop compelling, engaging and strategically rigorous copy for various platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and other stakeholders to concept and execute creative ideas that align with brand objectives.
Research and analysis: Continue to bolster your awareness by staying ahead of industry trends, target audience preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform thinking and writing.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy and coherence.
Brand development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring they are communicated and applied consistently across all channels.
Project management: Work across multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating your progress with the team involved.

Skills & Experience

Native English speaker, Spanish desirable but not necessary.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
1-2 years of experience (ideally within a brand or agency setting).
Understanding of presentation programmes including Figma, Miro and Keynote.
Deep interest in the role of brand, and how copywriting (both strategic and creative) can be a tool to improve it.
