How branding is shaping the cities of tomorrow

Cityscape Global 2024 in Riyadh, a premier urban development and real estate event, brought together over 172,000 attendees and industry leaders from around the world under the theme ‘The Future of Living’.

Among the highlights was our Chief Creative Officer Gabor Schreier’s headlining keynote exploring how branding can elevate urban life. His presentation, ‘Memorability from Liveability: Branding the City of Vienna,’ showcased our work for the City of Vienna.

In his presentation, Gabor highlighted how Vienna’s brand embodies the six keys to a memorable brand, transforming the city’s identity into an experience that fosters civic pride and positions Vienna as a global model of liveability for residents, visitors, and government stakeholders alike.

Gabor’s presentation resonated at Cityscape Global, where discussions focused on visionary urbanism, including smart cities, sustainable living, mobility ecosystems, and citizen-centric planning. It underscored the pivotal role of branding in shaping the cities of tomorrow and how a liveable experience is a key factor in city brand memorability.
