A brand purpose to strengthen CaixaBanks societal commitment
Spain’s leading financial group announces their new brand purpose “To be there for people, for everything that matters.”
Saffron is proud to have partnered with CaixaBank to build a new brand purpose rooted in CaixaBank’s DNA. The project was born out of the need to create a unified vision to guide and inspire employees and clients alike post integration with Bankia. The culmination of deep collaboration with leaders across all areas of the business, the new brand purpose articulates CaixaBank’s long standing commitment to be close to people and communities in key moments.
A core component of CaixaBank’s 2022-2024 Strategic Plan, the new brand purpose translates through the physical and omnichannel experience, and aligns with the bank’s mission “to contribute to the financial health of our clients and the progress of society as a whole.”
