The positioning ‘Making moments that matter’ is applied across every aspect of Bakcell’s business, from comms and TV to retail and product.

Bakcell’s new visual identity centres around a dynamic star system: a set of interlocking pieces that reflects diversity within a collective that is constantly evolving.

The redesigned retail experience focuses on immersive spaces that promote memorable interactions between Bakcell customers, employees and the newest technologies in their market.

With a new verbal identity, Bakcell uses their voice as a champion for Azerbaijanis as they strengthen relationships with their communities and what matters to them most.
